The Davidson House has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps a maximum of 8 guests. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, a full size bed in the guest bedroom, bunkbeds and queen futon in the third bedroom. It offers our guests with a full-size kitchen complete with everything you need to prepare and serve everyday meals, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. A 32" tv with satellite, DVD player, wi-fi, central heating and air conditioning and a wonderful gas fireplace for added ambiance. Pet Friendly too!

- Rates are for up to 6 guests; Maximum Occupancy is 8, regardless of age
- For all guests over the age of 5, add $10 per guest per night
- $40 Cleaning Fee for any reservation less than 4 nights
- Pet Fee is $15.00 per night stay (max $75)
