Once we hold your requested dates, deposit payment must be received within 7 days
Payment by mail:
- Please mail a check or money order for 50% of the total amount due to: Cozy Cabins & Cottages Corporation, 1537 Archie Rhinehart Pkwy, Spencer, TN 38585-4612
- This 50% deposit is required to hold your reserved dates
- Once your deposit is received, we will mail you a confirmation.
- The remaining balance is due prior to 30 days before your scheduled arrival date and must include an additional $150 for the security deposit.
- Failure to receive all payments prior to 30 days of your reserved dates will result in forfeiture of your reservations.
